What is posturology?
Posturology is based on the search for and treatment of deficiencies in the fine postural system, related to the autonomic or neurovegetative nervous system. The position we have naturally has a “why”, and it depends on the information that our brain receives mainly from our feet (where we step), our eyes (what we see) and our ears (balance). Therefore, the body’s acquisition of a stable and relaxed posture, without pain, will depend on the information and adaptation of these (eye, foot and ear).
Posturology specialists.
At our clinic we have been specialising in this area of health for over 15 years. It is a very common therapy in France and other countries, and is increasingly being established in our country. From an integrative and global perspective of the functioning of our body, we carry out a treatment focused on numerous pathologies.
Low back pain
Lower back pain that can lead to increased muscle stiffness.
Joint injuries
They require specialist treatment for proper rehabilitation.
Cervicalgia
Muscle overload due to poor daily postural habits.
Muscle injuries
Very common in sports practice. We have sports podiatrists.
Symptoms of postural alteration.
A postural alteration can cause different symptoms, such as those indicated below; if you suffer from any of them, we recommend that you go to a posturologist to have them studied.
List of the most common symptoms of postural alteration:

Diagnosis, technology and treatment.
In our posturology clinics we take care of the patient from head to toe, we study each case individually to detect the causes, obtain a diagnosis and apply an accurate treatment.
We have posturometers to analyze asymmetries and alterations in the posture of the head, legs and trunk. They allow us to evaluate the natural position of the body from all its planes. Accompanied by stabilometry platforms and motion sensors.
Depending on the results we obtain through the assessment of the patient on a stretcher, standing, and in movement with technological analysis systems and different diagnostic tests (we see how the body works sitting, lying down, and on our stabilometry platforms…), we will be able to assess what is causing the imbalance, depending on the alteration or pain suffered by the patient.
Once the patient has been assessed, the treatment consists of different parts, which are completely individualized.
